HME places the highest priority on servicing our customers and maintaining the highest standards for customer care possible. While we are confident in the quality and reliability of our products, we realize that there are, at times, servicing needs. If a customer has a service issue, they have two avenues: they may contact us at service@hmemobility.com or or at 416.633.9333 for immediate resolution.

HME has used a network of specially trained technicians for installations in the homes of customers throughout our marketplace. When a patient's chair or scooter is ready for delivery, they are shipped in person and each customer is taught the basics of both the use and maintenance of the chair.
We are proud to say we are the first mobility company in the GTA to offer 7 day a week support for our products. Some of the support we offer includes:

• All service issues generally resolved within three business days

• Our service team includes ceiling lift/stairway lift specialists who can help resolve issues promptly and dependably.

• If chair cannot be repaired in the operator’s home or needs parts ordered, a loaner chair will be provided for the patient while the chair is being serviced.

• Service and parts are covered under warranty for all wheelchairs scooters and lifts purchased with HME for a period of one year.
